1 package Honeysuckle White® Turkey Breast Tenderloins
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup yellow onions, thinly sliced
1/8 cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 strips of Honeysuckle White® Hardwood Smoked Turkey Bacon
1/4 cup (2 ounces) shredded Mozzarella cheese

How to prepare this recipe:

  1. Soak toothpicks in water until needed.
  2. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook onion and mushroom until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Wrap each tenderloin with a strip of bacon; secure with toothpicks.
  6. Grill turkey for 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Cover and grill for 10 more minutes or until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  8. Remove turkey; top with onions, mushrooms and cheese.
