- 8 Honeysuckle White Oven Roasted Turkey
- 8 Slices of Swiss Cheese
- 1 Red Onion, medium
- 1 Box frozen Crepes, 8 count
- ¼ c. Mustard
Follow the directions of the crepe box to defrost crepes.
Trim onion, and cut it into very thin strips.
Arrange crepes before you on your work station. First lay a slice of turkey on each crepe. Spread approximately a half Tablespoon mustard on the turkey. Follow with a slice of Swiss Cheese. Next divide onion slices between each crepe. Finally, roll each crepe tightly.
Cut each roll into ¾ inch slices. Arrange the slices on a plate and serve.
