Preheat oven to 350°F. -

Sprinkle the paprika and oregano on all sides of the tenderloins, then place on foil or a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil, as evenly as possible. -

Roast at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer. -
Step 4
Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
