Ingredients
- 1 package Ready to Season Turkey Breast Tenderloins
- Or, 1 package Turkey Breast Cutlets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 yellow onion, 1/4" dice
- 1 red bell pepper, 1/4" dice
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 28-ounce can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried Oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Step 1
Heat a large sauté pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil. Once hot add the turkey breast tenderloins. Cook for 5 minutes, then add onions, peppers and garlic to the pan. -
Step 2
Add the white wine to deglaze the pan, making sure to scrape the brown bits of turkey. -
Step 3
Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth and oregano, allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Add the fresh basil and cook until the strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. -
Step 4
Serve with mashed potatoes, polenta or rice.
