Turkey Street Tacos with Guacamole

Ingredients
- 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey (Tip: choose the ground turkey you like best! 85%, 93% or 99% - our leanest ground turkey!)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 package simmer sauce or your favorite taco seasoning (Tip: make your own seasoning! Combine 1/4 tsp of salt, ground ancho, ground coriander and ground chipotle.)
- Diced white onion
- Chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges
- Guacamole, pre-made or make your own
- Hot sauce
- Hard or soft taco shells

Step 1
Preheat an 8-10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes. -
Step 2
Add 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil. -
Step 3
Add turkey to pan and cook until browned and crumbly. Ensure that turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F using a meat thermometer. -
Step 4
Stir in simmer sauce, salt, ancho, coriander and chipotle. -
Step 5
Reduce heat to low. -
Step 6
Cook 3 minutes. -
Step 7
Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with meat, onions, cilantro, a dash of hot sauce and a squeeze of lime.
