- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 tsp Mustard
- ½ lb Honeysuckle White Oven Roasted Turkey
- ½ Granny Smith Apple (snack on the other half)
- ¼ lb Brie cheese
- 2 TBSP mayonnaise
Spread the mustard evenly over bread slices, face up.
Divide the turkey, apple and Brie evenly between 2 slices. Top each with the last two slices.
Spread ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on the outside bread slices of both sandwiches.
Transfer the sandwiches to a well heated non-stick pan.
Cook about 3 minutes or until golden. Flip and cook other side for 2-3 minutes.
